Newstar Design is a small but thriving Website Design agency, offering our clients a premium Pay As You Go Website for your Business. No tie ins. No contracts. What we offer you is a content management system (CMS) that allows you, the site owner, to take full control over the content of your website - avoiding delays and web agency charges. The systems are simple to use and provide a perfect web solution for the non-technical business owner - plus you can pick whatever design you like.
So what happens when?
Step 1. ‘Hello’
We have recently had a little chat about what Newstar Design offers; and you are now reading this pack to get to know us better, hopefully with a mug of tea and a few cheeky hobnobs.
Step 2. ‘You’re the one that I want’
You’ve decided you love our Pay As You Go concept. All you will need to do is pop into see us at 9, Totnes Road, Paignton, or we can come to see you, and we will get the ball rolling. To help speed things up, have your logo ready (on an email or USB stick), and an idea of what you would like your main menu links to be. We will fill out the Website Specification form, according to your choices, when we are with you.
Step 3. ‘Confirmed!’
Once agreed, the Website Specification form will automatically create your new website. We will send you a confirmation email to mark this momentous occasion! Exciting Stuff!
Step 4. ‘Start Creating’
We will shortly send you your username, password and URL to access your site to start creating! We will also send you your Welcome Pack with Online Training and Instructions, so you can start to add your content straight away. Of course, if you need further training or help, please give us a ring and we can arrange a meeting to have a one-to-one training session.
Step 5. ‘Live and Kickin’
Once you are happy that your website, let us know and we will make it live. From then on, any changes you male will take effect on the web, instantly. No need to go back and forth with us.
Step 6. ‘Fancy a Chat?’
After a few weeks, we will contact you to double check everything is going well with your new Newstar Design Business Website; of course you can contact us at any time to ask a question.
