Aquatics made easy is the online sales portal for Kaleidoscope Aquatic Centre, a busy retail store specialising in tropical and marine fish, aquariums and fishkeeping accessories. The staff are renowned for their vast knowledge of fishkeeping and they have a well earned reputation for high quality service.
The website offers them a platform for online sales. Their system handles all their product categories, order history, invoicing, promotional discounts, secure payments through Paypal, newsletters etc. The site also features several static pages which are fully editable by the store staff. Using these they are able to tell users about their other services such as equipment hire, aquarium moving services and aquarium maintenance services.

My first encounter with Newstar Design was when I wandered in off the street as a complete innocent on the World Wide Web. I was met by Jon who with a firm hand shake proceeded to take me through the options open to my limited budget.
I was struck by his honesty and frankness and impressed by his empathy. He soon picked up on what I was trying to achieve and steered me away from the fantasy and expensive gimmicks, he stuck to the basics and reinforced his thoughts and experience with understandable logic.
A couple more short meetings to tweak things and before I knew it I had an all singing all dancing Web presents that with Jon's patient tuition I am in complete control of. The site has generated sales that without exception are from customers who would for geographical reasons probably not have visited my Shop, and has also provided my regular local customers with information and a quick contact point.
Nothing was too much trouble and the advice was spot on, the whole experience was a real buzz of positivity in these bleak times.
I now consider Jon amongst the few people who genuinely want me and my business to succeed and I look forward to a long relationship with Newstar Design.
